Excellent workmanship and skills combined with advanced production facilities guarantee the production of high quality components ready for use, e. g. flare tips, non-standard fittings or any other special construction according to customers' requirements.

Within the scope of an extensive process of added value, the use of high quality semi-finished products, e. g. pipes, elbows and reducers from our own production, the high degree of automation and qualified staff guarantee first class fabrication of very complex products.
A good example of our capabilities is the production of piping systems, fixings and a maintenance platform for a flue gas scrubber in Canada, having a diameter of 21 m and a height of approx. 95 m. Nearly 1 000 components in nickel alloys had to be produced and put together to very stringent require- ments regarding tolerances, e. g. the variation of straightness of 1 mm/m had to be maintained.
